The ‘Officina’ at Villa Prato was created from the idea of combining the tradition of Piedmontese cuisine with the innovations of a young chef of great talent who, over the years, has demonstrated passion and dedication to  the  taste

of an important territory. The ‘Officina’ and its frescoed rooms presents itself as a traditional restaurant, with simple taste, good food and a friendly atmosphere to share together.

The restaurant is open every day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays
